Customer Service Department
 Tony
Burris, a 10 year employee here at Printing Plus, is our General Manager, and Dan
Hebert, Customer Service Representative, is a 2 year employee. You can usually
find them at the front desk ensuring that our customers receive a superior level
of service with their jobs, questions or concerns. They will work with you to
help you decide what service works best for your particular job and how to save
you the most money and stay within your budget.
- Answering phone calls and answering
questions or taking orders.
- Entering new customers in our software
program, making changes to existing ones.
- Ensuring all job information on work orders
is correct before going through production.
- Checking on the status of orders, quality
control through all levels of production.
- Ensuring all jobs are done on time and
delivered on specified day by customer.
- Cashing out customers, invoicing work
orders, taking credit card information.
- Calling customers to let them know their
jobs are completed.
- Quoting potential print/copy/design jobs.
Getting back to customers in a timely manner either via phone, fax or
e-mail.
- Following through on quotes. Seeing if
there is an alternate way to save the customer money on a specific job.
- Filing of completed customer jobs, keeping
well organized for reorders.
- Helping out in other departments when
needed.
